Ian Lewis is an artist who creates sublime images. Using a variety of processes and techniques, he produces large prints and drawings that explore our own relationship with the image. His interest in contemporary British art, reflects his personal identity and time spent living and working in the UK.
Ian describes some of his influences, as being the conceptual artists of the 60's and 70's including Bruce Nauman and Paul McCarthy, and leading British artists such as Cornelia Parker. Aiming to create beautiful images, his work explores the relationship between the object, the image and the viewer.
